who manufacturs collegiate tack, anyone know? have googled some say Wintec others Millers? assuming they arent UK?

I have a Collegiate Mentor dressage saddle and that says made in Argentina. Don't know if another brand makes them though. It is a very nice saddle. Hope that helps.
