Someone threw a little collie pup off outside our house this morning. So mad and really can't understand how someone can do that

. It couldn't be more than 8 weeks old and we couldn't get near enough to it to grab it. Then I let Lola out and she was playing with the cats, it spotted her and ran up the fields to my neighbours farm. Fingers crossed it will be back though. The poor wee thing has a massive cut on her nose which I think probably happened when she was threw out (literally out a window as my brother seen the car driving down the road slowly, open window and then a few minutes later pup came walking up road). It wasn't bleeding badly or anything but looked very sore and I would love to catch her and wash it in case it gets infected. She wasn't hungry either, we put out a bowl of cat food pouch and she didn't even eat it, which puzzled me a little tbh.

Sorry if it's all a little confused, I'm just so angry with whoever did it

I just walked around for an hour looking for her and couldn't see her at all, but then she's probably terrified of me after Lola chasing her. I'm sure she will turn up though, hopefully she'll realise she gets food here and come back...

What's annoying me even more is that she has a collar on (no tag or license tag though). My best bet is that she chewed something yesterday and they were fed up with her. She's not skinny or anything but I have very few doubts that the car threw her off and it wasn't just chance that she walked up the road from someone's house.

Well sadly to say we have had no luck finding it. Mind, with all the fields around here, it could happily eat my cats' food and find shelter well hidden away up the fields somewhere. So still hoping I suppose. And I kept the other dogs round the back today so hopefully if she was peeking at the garden she wouldn't see them and get scared!

No we haven't alerted anyone goya, I'm not sure what you mean? I'm in Newry, Ireland. USPCA etc are useless :@.

We finally caught a dog who had been around the area for a couple of weeks, last April. Phoned dog warden as we were happy enough to keep him but didn't want to keep someone else's dog. We were basically told that the dog warden didn't care and if we had him for ten days then he was officially ours. We didn't hear from them again and Charlie is still with us

. Much more settled now and doesn't run away expecting to be hit as soon as a lead is picked up, as he did when we first got him...

I really don't understand how some people are so awful
