My horse has some cosmetic scarring to hind leg where the fur shows white. Also a bit of white on cornet. When schooling it can give the illusion hes stepping odd when he isn't:confused:.
Also the vain side in me would like him all polished up and nice for any shows.
A couple of people who have horses have said you can get something that covers up white bits etc.
Does any1 know what this is called? Or know of anything that covers white bits??

I agree the Supreme cover up stick things are great - always have them in my show box, great for covering marks, funny hair colours, and darkening around the eyes etc - not too much though, don't want a panda pony! You can get them in a few colours as well. Lynn Russell does a similar product too. Nothing wrong with being vain about your horses!

hee hee i must admit i have bought some and hidden it in tack rm despite looks of disbelief from others at the yard Glad im not the only 1
LOL I actually had a lesson with a very high up show lady wont mention names but she shows to the highest level and she recomended it!! I dont think theres a problem as long as you do a very small area to make sure tey dont have a reaction, i actually found this better if your competing regualry rather than having to keep reappling stuff all the time figured that would actually be worse. Anyway mine was fine and i came away with a 5th price at Royal Windsor this year!!:)

depends on what you want to dye? to cover small imperfections ie white hairs on black legs i would use either a permenant marker pen or mascara. on greys with black to white but ginger tails i would dye with black human hair dye! chesnuts with saddle marks or white withers either a chesnut/brown marker or a black marker pen. just make sure it wont rub off on the judge should he she rub his/her hands over!
