Colour of Stock

I have just had a stock delivered as I am going to a show in a week or so with my horse. I'm probably going to just do a small showing class. The stock is navy blue with white spots on it - should I have gotten a white one?? or does it not really matter what colour it is?? I will be wearing a black jacket you see...?

it depends on the class - riding class would be fine, hunter class is tweed jacket and a tie.
