Hi all,

A friend of mine has really lost her confidence and having found a home for her little mare she is now on the lookout for a nice quiet horse.

I think she quite fancies a cob type and I have always thought that if I were to buy in the future then I would give somewhere like Farringtons a go. Before I go recommending anywhere to her can anyone shed any light on cob dealers (probably coloured) in the midlands/south area. pm me if that's better.

Would be dreadful if she ended up with another confidence wrecker.

Thanks for reading :)

Google cobs 'n' plods. Tehy are fab, the website is normal out of date so best to fing her, she told us just what the horses were like. One napped, one bites if you let it this etc.... Brill people and horses you just have to look past the stable's they are in need of work but all the horses are well looked after.

Not coloured cob specialists but I have heard good things about stubley hollow, and I believe that is where the lovely hovis came from......... I have no personal experience though.
