coloured filly foal 2003 devon/cornwall

hi i bought my mare in oct 2003 from a farmer who bought her froman auction in sep 2003? in devon /cornwall (guessing holsworthy) the lady who bought her isnt interested in helping me find her breeder but i would love to know her breeding and who breed her, she will never be sold but everyone asks about her breeding and i was told she is tb x haflinger but why she is coloured no one knows i have had her microchipped and freezemarked and also i had her passport done so this information is irrelivent but if anyone has an ideas how to trace her breeders please reply, there was 2 other foals with mine when i bought her one was a dun colour and one a chestnut all about the same height and all wild will try and add a picture later

It would have gone through Holsworthy or Exeter sales, this would have been via agents Kivells (Holsworthy) or Sawdyeandharris (Exeter) Many of the breeders/ dealers in Cornwall/Devon use both sales room, There is not much chance of you getting sales catalogues online from that far back (it is quite hard to access their archives!) I was trying to get a catalogue from Jan this year and hit a brick wall online! The best avenue would be for you to ring the agents directly and ask if they can provide you with copies of the catalogues.
