Coloured Gypsy Cob - who to register/overstamp?

My boy currently has a plain passport and i'm thinking of having it overstamped/registering. We have begun our showing career at local level and he was placed at UK showing.

Who would be the best association to have him registered with?

Get you passport overstamped with BSPA & CHAPS. Don't bother with the Gypsy Cob Society, they are a mickey mouse organisation, god knows why DEFRA allowed them to issue passports!!?
