Combined Training - scoring etc.. how does it work?

Looking at introducing come combined training competitions to our RC shows but trying to figure out how does the scoring work

Anyone able to help?

You take the dressage score and take it away from 100 and add to the number of faults Sj and the lowest score wins. eg dressage score 65%, carry 35 forward, one sj down + 4 = 39. this beats a dressage score of 60% with no faults as this gives a score of 40. I'm pretty sure if there are 2 people with the same score then you look at the one with the highest collectives on the dressage. I hope this is right as it's ages since we last did one.

Is the jumping element to an optimum time?

No. It's just like a SJ round as part of eventing. There is a time limit if you go too slowly you can get time faults but you kind of need to go super slow and trot round the corners to get that problem!
