Team predicitions - well obviously we're all hoping the Brits will bring back Gold but don't think it's going to be as easy as some years. France and Germany I've got a feeling are the ones we're going to be battling with.

Individual wise, obviously anyone British again, but would very much like to see Daisy or Mary come home with a medal

Think the individual is wide open this year though with so many good combinations - going to be interesting competition methinks

I don't think with toy towns current form that he will get gold agai however he always pulls out the stops at championships. would love Mary to get a medal though.

think they would have benefitted from wiliam in there.

Two years ago we were saying that it was the biggest challenge yet but on XC Germany and France fell by the way side. Hopefully that will happen again this year.

Oliver just be please if he does not fall off
Daisy would love top ten but I'm not so sure so one stop XC
