Comfitec Bridle

How do people find their horses get on with a comfitec bridle?

Mine is a 15.3 tb, and she works nicely! But I feel I have to be on her quite a lot to keep round, in some of our videos I have noticed she can open her mouth slightly, also in open spaces when going for a canter she can be a bit strong haha. I wonder whether all the comfort features, the lower noseband etc may help me with these minor things

What do you mean by 'be on her quite a lot'?

But yes I have a comfitec bridle and my mare seems happy in it.

I bought one a number of years ago. Horse went OK in it but I sold it as he went the same in normal bridle when I switched back!!

I have one and I don’t find it makes much difference to my normal bridle to be honest, but I use it as my lunging bridle so I’ve kept hold of it. It’s nice to look at and the leather quality is good.

It could be worth trying a bit fitter so that you can try different types of bridle and bit to see if either of them help before you have to commit to buying.
