I'm after another comfort (padded crownpiece) bridle...

-Must be ENGLISH leather
-Must be a flash
-Must NOT be a heritage (already have one and think it might be a bit twee to have the horses in matching bridles!)

Boozle inconveniently has a big forehead, though god knows why as there is clearly no brains in there! This means I always need to buy a browband a size bigger (

) to accomodate her brainbox, which is a right pain in the bum (unless someone else out there has a horse with a freakishly big nose but small forehead that's looking for a new bridle?! Then we can swop the nosebands and browbands - genious!

Anyway... decided to venture down the path of getting a bling browband

I don't want it to be completely outrageous, but if it helps she is a day bark with no white markings on her face at all.
Any suggestions?!

Do your worst peeps!

ALbion EVERY time. Looked at them alongside the elevators and much preferred the Albion. Goddy also has a large forehead, and the albion fits him well

The Sabre bridles are nice too, but not as soft as the albion...

Pink Equine do some stunning browbands and will swap bits to fit yor horse but I don't think they do a comfort headpiece yet. KAte Negus does stunning bridels including a comfort range, again they will mix and match and do bling

I did look at Pink Equine, but you're right, they don't do comfort headpieces

They really seem to make a difference to Boo, so don't really want to forgoe it, and I don't think a prolite pad underneath a standard headpiece will look too sexy!

Will go and look at Kate Negus though..

Adore my Elevator. They will also swap bits if a certain part does'nt fit (ie you need a bigger brow band). Think they do a bling one too

Both of mine have Elevators and they are lovely and soft. The company that makes them are very good to deal with too - when I had a problem with mine, they fixed it free of charge with no quibbles. I also quite like the Rhinegold comfort bridles, which are easier on the pocket! And I have had Kate Negus bridles before, which are also really good.

Not sure about the bling side of it all, though! Maybe Kate Negus could custom make you something?

I tried the Elevator flash snaffle bridle and haven't looked back since. Got the double one too and they are lovely, really good quality and the comfort padding is nice and soft around their ears and throat.

My boy wears a cob size normally with a full browband as he has a large forehead, but the cob sixe Elevator fits him perfectly!
