Comfort pads for boots

Have Just got some Easyboot trail boots. Is it worth buying pads? and what sort?

If your horse is newly barefoot and tender footed I would use pads the easy care 12mm ones would be ok !

I tried to trot in them the other day and bless her she didnt have a funny trot. Dont think she was so sure about them!
