Hi,
I am considering getting a companion horse to keep my gelding company.
I have two horses. One i compete and ride regularly where as the other is semi retired. The problem is the semi-retired gelding gets very upset when i take the other one away to ride and this is becoming a huge problem. So i really feel another friend is the only answer. Must be a gelding as my 2 our geldings and above 14hh. 5 star, loving permanant home with lovely stables and grazing. Must be loan, cheap or free. A youngster or an oldie considered as long as good to handle. Can be ridden if needed or just companion. If you can help please get in touch. We are in south Devon

Where in south Devon are you? Iv got a grey tb who can be ridden and hunts, lovely horse, I would consider loaning him if he would get ridden.

Have you considered loaning/adopting one from World Horse Welfare, they are only in Somerset and have lots of lovely companions. Have a look on their website and you'll be doing your bit for charity!

Ward & Chowen have their second dartmoor hill pony sale on Saturday 4th December.

Did you decide which livery yard to go to?
