Companion horse needed!

Hello, I am on the lookout for any 'free to a good home' horses who would be suitable as a companion for my retired gelding. To live out most of the year but come in during bad weather, on a farm near Newcastle airport. Loads of grazing, huge stables, hay and straw on site, a really lovely, idyllic spot and my current horse loves it. Please PM if you know of anything suitable. Very loving home awaits! Thanks.

Do the Blue Cross or RSPCA not have anything in your area? I have no idea but they tend to have a fair few companion horses going. Bluecross have a small animal rehoming centre in Thirsk, not sure re their horse though but the RSPCA always seem to have a fair few and I would have thought they were countrywide?
