A friend has a 12.2hh 22 year old Section A, which is a super little lead rein pony, but bucks like stink off lead rein and, hence, not suitable for a small jockey. The little mare has a super temperament and will happily stay on its own. She has been offered a home as a companion to a TB who will not stay on his own, but my friend has been asked to continue to pay for her upkeep - is this fair??

I have a friends shetland as a companion. She pays for his foot trimming and worming, and I pay for any hay/hard feed required in the winter, which seems a fair compromise to me.

Im looking for a small pony companion for my boys. I dont mind if i buy or loan but i am expecting to pay all the bills and wouldnt expect the owner to if i loaned one

I have two companion ponies (yep a companion for the companion.... :/ ) from WHW and pay for everything, just as I would expect to really.
