Just out of interest has anyone on here ever been asked to produce the horses passport to prove vaccinations when booking in for a show?

At HOYS every horse is checked for vaccines and matching the passports before it is allowed off the lorry. At Royal Windsor, they do spot checks on horses at lorries once they have been parked - at the Royal they usually check properly as the lorries come in, but not always. Never been checked at RIHS.

not when booking in - I've only had to show it sometimes at BE also

At the Riding Club team dressage You have to produce it before you compete. Thats the nly time sometimes I even forget to take it!
