competing ponies.... I am too big??

Moomin1: my OCD about showing is sleeping, but I've produced m&m, shp and sp to HOYS/RIHS/Championship level, and seen several successful rider/producers alter their clothing to hide imperfections in the partnership! If anyone is showing a Welsh pb ridden by an adult it will be in an UN affiliated class, so you can choose which "rules" to ignore!
I was trying to make a helpful suggestion.

Oh I hope it didn't come across like I was suggesting you weren't. That wasn't my intention anyway, it's just something that is a bit of a bug bear for me. If someone is of an age where they should be dressed in long boots, then for me, they should be dressed in long boots, and if that means that they look less satisfactory on a small pony, then I think they should hand the reins to someone who fits the pony more adequately. But that's just me - and I have never shown M & M's (I keep thinking of chocolate when I post that! :o), and have certainly never shown to the standards which you have by the sounds of it.:)
