Competing question

I am just wondering here when did you officially start competing How long did you have to wait until you were able to start showjumping or dressage?

I haven't done any competing for a long time now

when you had a break from competing and riding did it take long for you and or a riding school horse did it take longer to get back out there enjoying the sport again with your friends and how do you feel the dressage test went or your showjumping round go

What was the last dressage test you or showjumping did you feel either went well and you were able to get a rosette and a trophy for sj

Truthfully do you ever get nervous before the event or when everyone has had their test or sj round or did you feel completely nervous about the end when it was prize giving I did used to worry about that part at the end

Ha - it is so scary starting again. My best advice is to take really little steps towards it. Maybe you do a couple of in hand show so you can be happy the horse is comfortable with all the craziness around him, do a couple of clinics, watch a couple of little dressage tests, etc. make sure you both really ready to cope with the day and it will be so much easier!

Thanks for the reply back i will start competing when i come back from a riding holiday but i am just going to have fun hacking and riding at the moment
