I am looking for some new competition breeches but I am really fussy!

I hate full seat so must be knees only and beige but not fussy if silicon or clarino. I don't like the greyish breeches and they cannot be white as I am built like a cob. Must have belt loops and NO leggings/breggings or any of that type as I like a zip and traditional button. I like modern material, not too thin, not too thick and stretchy.

I used to have Pikeur but they hardly do anything anymore in beige let alone knees only. I currently have premier equine which I like but just wondering if missing out on something great? I don't like Ariat, they just look horrible on me and Treadstep are the same.

I keep looking at Shires and Dublin but traditionally Dublin hasn't quite cut it on materials I like. I love Eileen Douglas breeches for everyday but they don't do them in beige. I also have two pairs of Dainese which I also love but don't do them in beige. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Weird successful breeches for me are some cheapy beige John Whitaker ones, which just have a suede-y knee. I bought them for £25 about 3 years ago and use them as my regular spares. They're perfectly nice, they aren't thin or thick, they feel quite cotton-y but with plenty of stretch.

I've no idea what exact model they are but Hope Valley often have deals on JW breeches being sold off cheap.

Edited to add - I *think* they are these ones - https://www.hopevalleysaddlery.co.u...whitaker-ivy-v2-ladies-breeches--beige__29557

I also currently have a pair of Aubrion ones with a silicon knee. They aren't beige, not sure if they do beige. But again, medium thickness cotton-y material, full fly and zip, belt loops, not too high nor too low waisted.

Edited to add - I think they are these ones - https://www.hopevalleysaddlery.co.u...and-ladies-competition-breeches--beige__35724 but Hope Valley obviously don't have much stock left of these...

I keep looking at the Aubrion ones so maybe pick some up and give them a go. My premier equine are great but summer weight and winter BS awaits and I like to wear tweed to tell people I am an eventer and hopeless for a reason.

Whilst mine are light grey as I now prefer it for competing (so much more practical), Im sure they come in beige - mine are Aztec Diamond and were only about £30. They're got proper zip and button/hook closure, are not high waisted which I actually find far comfier when Ive got a bit of a belly going on, minie just have silicone strips on the inner leg as I hate too sticky as well. They're a really nice modern material which I find super duper comfy. Its weird as I hated Aztec Diamonds tights that I have, but these are the comfiest jods Ive had in a long time.

These ones are what I have; https://aztecdiamondequestrian.com/products/grey-technical-breeches
