So after the discussion on here the other day I have made some firmish competition plans for Tarquin this season. He's 6 next week so need to kick on. I only have every other weekend off
and limited access to transport so its a bit difficult.
March
So far we've just another pleasure ride of about 10 miles.
April
Thurston and District RC CR cross country and showjumping day, with my friend's horse as a lead horse to see what he thinks.
Long Melford Hunter Trial - Pairs or Novice dependant on how he behaves as Thurston.
May
Affiliated Dressage at Queach Farm at the beginning of the month.
From there I am going to decide what we are best at. Just got to bite the bullet now.
I'm going back to be a riding member of BD so that'll give me some more options and if he behaves himself jumping we may go to a few more of those type of things. My main lift provider is into jumping so Dressage may be a struggle.
