competition report :D:D did my first novice test....

well she worked in beautifully, i went to the holding area and she was fab... however went down the centre line, and didnt change anything... and decided to do her giraffe impression!!
however i did ride her, not just a passenger this time... i got 50.4% in my prelim

novice wasnt too bad, again she went nice in warm up, lovely medium trot. went into the ring, and she spooked at the windows near the wall (a different arena this time)
so i lost it then... however continued to ride her; 47.5% which isnt awful but not brilliant either

i really enjoyed it, and the comments were fair.. so ill just have to work on it... i know shes never going to be a dressage pony, but i had fun...

A lot of people forget that it's not all about the scores you put up on the board it's about enjoying it.

The thing about dressage is that the sheet gives you things to work on for next time to improve your score. Get back out there and enjoy yourself again. It's addictive!
