Competition Rider Questionnaire PLEASE TAKE PART!

Hello, As part of my dissertation i have created a questionnaire, it is aimed at riders that are competing at show jumping, dressage, or eventing. To be able to get a full picture from all levels, i am trying to get a large number of participants, from all different backgrounds. Please can everyone complete it. It will take 5 minutes maximum.

Some odd questions. I have no idea what a unit of alcohol is. It is not an SI unit. Why pick out gym in particular? I go to the velodrome every few weeks for structured quality training and do two other sports.
