1. How much would you pay per week for DIY livery with turnout, access to onsite cross country course, outdoor school and 15 acre onsite hacking and warm shower/wet room for winter bathing!

2. and how much more for the same but with an indoor school instead of outdoor?

Thanks everyone x

Depends on the size of the stables, quality of turnout, surface/size of school, extra facilities (eg horsewalker). If it had a decent size school and good turnout (and stable) then £30-£35 per week at uni and £40 at home probably.
With the indoor add £5 a week to each

Not sure but Leyland Court is £28 per week DIY
This includes stables, plenty of all year turnout, extensive xc course with several schooling fields with all weather take off landings, derby arena, several miles of private bridlepaths around their fields, turn out arenas, horse walker, one just over 60x20 arena, one about 30x40 and another around 45x45 (I think). They also host regular shows and many PC/RC rallies

Billow Livery has similar facilities to you, indoor and outdoor arenas etc, not sure of prices, about £30 per week I think

£25-£30 for first option

£30-£40 for option with indoor.

both dependant on type of surface and size of school, the outdoor would have to be truly all weather for me to even consider it, as a very competition motivated person i cant have my horses out of work for prolonged periods because the menage is frozen/under water/dried out!

this is also assuming the turnout is TRULY all year (at least half a day EVERY day in winter and all day or 24/7 in summer) and wont be restricted by rain or snow.

im not picky.....!
