LOL! I have the same problem OP!
Welsh D poor doer is in HW with neck. Little oldie who has been poorly and is underweight has a HW with neck plus under rug while Welsh X is completely naked! However, she is a fattie who is utterly refusing to stop looking in-foal and actually seems much happier unrugged. I do however, have a range of rugs that fit her and wouldn't hesitate to pop one on in harsh weather.
