computer slow

Is anybody else having problems, seems to be taking ages and i keep getting a error message coming up, it happend last night as well

Mine has been giving problems trying to open photobucket. Same last night. Have run virus scan and spyware scan - all seem to be OK.

Have you tried clearing your cookies? Can speed things up a bit.

Yeah well im not sure how to do that, ive seen a link about cleaning cookies somewhere, but didnt know what i was supposed to do with it, knowing me if id have pressed it i would have done something drastic to my computer

Go into tools at the top of your browser and then internet options , then go to delete cookies

another option is delete files under temporary internet files.This does the same thing but saves you having to remember all your passwords.Also don't forget you need to do a defrag regularly if you want your pc to run smoothly.
