Sol's loosing weight again or is she just loosing muscles ?

She looks like she has lost a fair bit of muscle + a little weight but nothing to worry about

Would say she has lost a bit - but doesn't look like much grass in her field. How is she otherwise?

she is looking pretty chilled!

They have just gone onto the summer grazing (been up there 8 days now - the last two pictures)

She's pretty happy , loving being out all the time and not having to do anything

She's completly out of work now so I expected her to loose what muscle she did have but its proving difficult just to keep weight on her as she doesn't carry much weight on her back end anyway

Well, certainly doesn't look anything to be concerned about from the photo's in relation to loosing weight that is.

Do you look at her and think she doesn't look 'right' condition wise??

I would be happy with her! Condition wise I feel she has a little more cover and most importantly she looks happy!

Well I look at her and think she's lost all of the little muscle tone she had which makes me think she's lost weight ?

Her feed has stayed the same , she's now on better grazing 24/7 and isn't in work but I'm not sure she looks quite right ?

A isn't concerned and I will quiz him on Weds when he comes to see her but I'm not quite sure .. I know she can't drop any more weight but I don't really want her to gain alot either because of her knackered joints/feet?

I don't think she looks underweight in any way. Summer can be a funny time for some horses. They get grass belies, but you can still feel ribs - which is just blurgh!

I thought you could work her now..

She is lovely! Has she been unwell? She is certainly a lot lighter than she looks in your siggy! Looks better now than a month ago though, so heading the right way

The picture in my siggy was taken 3/4 weeks ago
She's not been unwell no , she's just a cripple
