Will try this again so sorry if it's posted twice as I cannot find the first one I did :(

I know it’s hard from pictures; I could just do with a second pair of eyes. I get my pony as 3.5 using the 0 - 5 scale but I'm not very good at condition scoring.

I know I've asked before but, this winter I have changed how I looked after him. I turned him away just before Christmas, he was unclipped and nude out 24/7. With a cup full of fast fibre and a cup of pure easy with a supplement. No hay as we had loads of grass, so was stripped grazed (Never done this before so was a first)

I then clipped him 28/01/2013 and started hacking out, when the weather was fit for it. Most I have done is 4 hacks a week. He's still fed the same and only comes in at night if really cold and wet (with 4kg hay). When out he's in a lightweight, full neck if wet, standard if not.

He's 8 years old this year, will be strip grazed in summer (moving to summer field in 2 weeks) and will then be ridden every day, one day schooling the others hacking or a little jumping.

Pic's taken last night (26/02/2013)
