Condition?

was just wondering what you think of Ozzie's condition?

whether he's too fat, thin ect... he isn't clipped (he looks really scruffy atm

) so the fur makes his belly look a tiny bit bigger then it is

he's in at nights with unlimited haylage, out in a large field during the day, ridden at least 5 times a week, and he doesn't get fed. you can see a bit of his mudfever in the photos, it has got much better since we got him (vet treatment, hibiscrubbed twice a week, nappy cream before he goes out when it's wet, cleaned and aloe-vera-gelled pretty much daily, and this has been non-stop for nearly a year!), i think he'll always have massive scars.

Hi cant really comment as Im useless at gauging weight from photos (unless they are skeletal or clinically obsese of course ) - I tend to prod them over the ribs to assess condition as some can be very deceptive.
He looks nice though and a lovely colour

What a beauty! Is he a registered Appy? I don't think I can judge condition too well, what does your weight tape show him as being?

not sure about condition apart from he looks a hell of a lot better now than when you first got him!!!
