Hello,
I am looking for advice/experiences with conditioning mash.
I have a 18year old TB who is a poor doer.
He is currently on A&P Fast Fibre and Dengie Healthy Tummy with supplement of linseed oil. He had previously been keeping weight on nicely however following 2 months on really poor grass (now moved) and having to top up with (very good quality) hay. He's holding on to very little weight and desperately needs help with condition.
He really enjoys his Healthy Tummy so would like to keep him on this but would like recommendations for a good conditioning mash that hopefully wont make him fizzy.
He is very chilled in nature. However, have found that slight changes in food can make him a bit hot. Clear of ulcers but at risk due to cribbing. Good general health. Teeth arent the greatest due to cribbing making them short.
Any advice/experiences would be great.
Thank you.
