confidence group

Hi, as someone who list there confidence over a year ago and is still struggling to get it back I wondered if anyone in the swindon area might be up for creating a "you are not alone" confidence group, not sure what it would entail but thought it might be quite a good support group if anyone fancies it.

Why not set up an on line Forum? That way you are not restricted to one region

i would join. i have started having lessons on a dressage schoolmaster and it is really helping but agree confidence is a fragile thing. lost very quickly and takes ages to recover. small steps regularly is the way to go..
