Any feedback on conformation of this boy
3yr old connemara gelding.
Any suggestions on what discipline he would suit?

Looks like a mare to me, perhaps he's shy.

Ha ha! Must be shy as I'm pretty sure he's a gelding. ��

It looks like a horse. That's about all anyone can tell you from that one, badly angled photo. Connemaras are generally good allrounders, make them what you want.

Get some better pictures of him standing up square and people will be able to give an opinion.

To judge *conformation* you really need to be able to see the horse standing square, with views from each side, back and front, with the legs and hooves in the picture.
