The pic of you on him makes him look alot nicer horse than the one stood on the yard. I cant add any more to what has been said, i dont like the pics of him being stood up on the yard, but I like the pic of you on him. He moves nicely, and tbh a vet or someone that can actually see him will give alot better advise than us looking at him from a pic. But from the ridden pic (and only the ridden pic) i prsonally would give him a shot IF the price is right and IF the vet passes him as sound. i would also get feet Xrayed if you are intending to sell on in future, just to safeguard things a reduce risk a small amount
