They both look like sharp TB', both with too much tack on to see properly, and not stood up well enough to really see what they are like. Very similar, 'tho.

The photos are not good enough really too much is hidden, the hocks are covered by the tails, back by the saddle and legs by boots but a few comments anyway. The first looks more uphill, the second has a lower set neck. Second looks a nice type but lacking correct work so weak back end, big tummy possibly weak under the saddle and lacks topline in general.
The first one has a better muscle tone but it is hard to comment on the actual conformation. They seem to be very different types so if you are looking to buy it may help if we had more info if there are no better photos.

I like the overall look of the first one. The second one looks big and weak. He has a ewe neck and looks slightly long in the back (although this might just be the photo). I would definitely go and look at the first one.
