Eeeek! That must be the worst conformation I've ever seen! I'm struggling to find a single nice thing to say about this poor creature. I was going to say maybe he has a nice temperament, but now it seems even that is dodgy.

poor old lad, i hope he stays sound enough for hacking! there's really not a lot of good in his conformation. the sway back doesn't help though!

Looking at links on the net - he isn't true to his breed, so sadly that doesn't seem to make up for his 'quirky' conformation.
In the nicest possible way - he looks like lots of different horses that have been put together, and there is something very strange about his chest!
All that said - I bet he is the sweetest chap going!!
