What do you think of him?

He has a very odd gait...

And I know he needs more work on his top line...

But he is a sweet chap who loves his cuddles...

And will do anything for a scoop of cubes...

So, what do you all think? He's a beauty, isn't he?

Love the markings. Looks like there's a lot of him in front of the saddle. I think he would benefit from some long and low work, but I'm sure he'll mature into those legs!

I adore giraffe, each year I have to be taken for my giraffe fix. I would replace Ted the Twit with a giraffe. Their face, eye and expression fascinates me.

Tricky to plait, won't fit in an equitrek but naturally built up hill so should achieve grand prix.

The amazing thing about that gait is that they make absolutely no noise flat out through the bush, I couldn't tip toe without standing on a twig, I don't know how they do it - lovely animals

We stopped at a Game Reserve for lunch yesterday and they had this deck above the restaurant... in a field if giraffes. It was amazing! They can come up and say hello and, from one area, you can give them a cuddle.

We got chatting to the rangers that keep them and got to help feed dinner too :-)

Ooh I love appaloosas. But have you had his back checked as he looks a bit front high and his teeth checked as he does look a bit long in the nose. Those horns would make excellent grab handles if you get pitched forward though.

Hmmm, slight parrot mouth....

Gorgeous and so sad that Copenhagen Zoo are shooting an 18 month old youngster today due to inbreeding despite many offers from other zoos to take him on.

He'll have to live out, stabling would be an issue! Mind, those long legs would be useful in a flooded field atm!! Do Premier Equine do a to rug in that size?
