Just wondering, cant find anything on this ATM in my books . Been looking at horses for sale and seen lots with hocks set higher than knees. True some are 2 and 3 year olds so front end needs to up again, but I always thought "well let down" hocks were best and best for jumping, dressage and against concussion of the joint. Also long willowy hocks lead to a downhill ride, amongst other things.
Can this observation give any idea as to how much further growing will occur in say a youngster that at 2 had hocks and knees level?
Pics if you got them, of then and now, with your young horses.
