Confused about what to wear...

Help settle a discussion, in what showing classes are you allowed to wear a tweed show jacket with a coloured browband, and in what classes does it need to be a navy jacket with a coloured browband? I know about hunters wear tweed with plain brow bands.

For adults hacks wear navy jackets and coloured browbands, riding horses wear tweed with a coloured browband, cobs wear plain with tweed like hunters. Not sure about Arabs.

Arabs wear coloured browband with tweed or navy jacket (most choose tweed)
In the ponies the show ponies have navy jackets and coloured browbands, everything else is tweed with plain browband
