Then the 1m is listed - what on earth is the difference between the above 2 classes?

Thanks, the wording is throwing me as the title makes the second class sound open to everyone then it says "Open to registered qualified horses". Think I should give them a call!

I think their schedule is wrong

The Amateur 2nd Rounds are held in Oct/Nov.

Out of interest, what is Class 3a ? That may give you a clue to where the error lies

UK CHASERS REGIONAL FINAL
Class 2, 3 & 4 Regional Final Entry Fee £8.50. SUNDAY 15th JULY 2007.

I would read that schedule as on the 12th Nov they have a 2nd round, and if it isn't the 12 of Nov the class isn't going to take place ?????

Looks like their word processor has had a fit and combined schedules ! The heights in the a and b sections are different for starters, and you can't combine unaffiliated and affiliated classes in a BSJA schedule. You can hold an unaffiliated class before an affiliated class on the same schedule, but not combine them

The wording for class 4 is that of the Am 2nd rounds too....even down to the number of qualifiers !

I'd give them a call to find out what's going on lol!

Sorry Weezy, i've just looked at the schedule on their website and this is what it says :-

Suggesting there is unaffiliated in the morning, and affiliated after 12:30pm. There is also no mention of the two 90cms Am classes, just a 90cms and 1m

I went to Blewbury for their TB when they also ran BSJA classes the same day.
They combined the BSJA 90cm class with the TB 95cm class but built the course at 90cm.
They then ran the BN class and then ran the BSJA 1m class and the TB 1.05 class together with the fences being 1m
hope that helps slightly, and they didn't start the 90cm till nearer 2pm

I wonder if the BSJA know that is what they are doing, as they aren't allowed to i don't think

It also goes to show that an unaffiliated 95cms isn't really 95cms at all
