hi peeps ... i dont know if im allowed to do this .. i am looking for a pony on loan and was wondering if i can post what i m looking for on here .. ?? can some1 help me please thanks

oh goody .... i dont know if any of you guys know anyone or have anything .. i already have a mare .. but due to losing my confidence i am unable to ride her at the moment , which sickens me no end !!!she is a little firey for me at the moment . i am looking for a pony or horsey on long term loan which is a real confidence giver .. maybe somone one knows or has somthing thats in a field not doing anything that safe , ploddy, a dope on a rope basically that could come to my yard and stay with me for as long as they would want them to stay . it woldnt be a case of when i have got my confidence back they would be sent back ... thats somthing i wont do . this pony would have all the love and attention a pony could evr want . 5 * home . i dont mind how old it is . dont mind what colour .. it really doesnt matter . as long as it is safe , non- spooky , calm , kind and would be just happy hacking around. i am in the bolton area .. if anyone knows of anything could u pm me please or just reply in the forum . references can be provided .
 
debs, you haven't said how old you are, or what riding experience you have, or indeed experieince of looking after horses. to most horse owners these will be far more important than any amount of love..and if you have a budget set aside to care for this horse
 
hi .. i have owned horses and been around horses most of my life ... i already have a horse and have funds to have another .. i used to be an aprentice jockey when i was younger ...i worked for jack berry for 2 yr and and decided to have a family .. i still continued looking after horses untill the children where old enough. then bought one ... due to a bad fall a year ago i have lost my confidence . i would say i am a intermediate rider .. i dont wish to compete in anything .. i simply want a happy hacker . i am 31

I will ask around if so as I am from that area and my parents still live there. I have moved over to Heapey, Chorley now so will keep my eye out around there too.

Have you been to look at the tack shops for adverts?

yes thanks becki ..i have been and looked .. i saw 1 on the horse exchang the other day .. sounded just what i was looking for ... got on really well with the owner she was happy to let him come over to me ... was suposed to go his morning and she rang me upset .. she had been up all night and realised she couldnt let him go as she had had him along time ... she said she was sorry for wastig my time ... but she was genuinley upset .. bless !!! ..
