Confused!!

I would put it so the girth curves away from the front legs if that makes sense? The rounder side should be closer to the belly of the horse with the curve away from the front legs giving the delicate skin in there more room to move without being pinched... Or at least that is the way it looks like it should be fitted to me!
 
When I tried it last night it looked right both ways. My albion girth has the curved bit at the front so I opted to ride in it that way last night but someone commented it was the wrong way round.

If I put the rounded side where the point of the stitching is at the front, it seems to be cut away for her legs.

If I put it on the other way the girth is near her legs.

I'm confused even more now
