I need help. I am getting confused and I need advice.
Sugar Beet and Oats. I was told by the school I ride at that oats is long term, high energy - akin to having porridge for breakfast for us two-legs - and that sugar beet was short burst, high energy - again for us like having a packet of crisps or bar of chocolate. Now I've just read somewhere that it is actually the other way round.
I'm getting my undies in a twist... which is it?
