no this was the one that tried stirring it in previous posts about Ben and then admitted she didn't know what actually happened
 
I havn't tried to 'stir' anything, as I havn't written anything about the case before! However, I was there and can assure you that as I have previously stated the truth has been prevailed!!
 
it wasnt tammy1, mrogers she hasnt been in here, if she had she might have put godiva straight about me. its her i thought owwner robin hood but it is another one similar looking that she owns.

I think you will find that was only for Ben !!

it has taken this long and went from magistrates to crown etc
 
you are behind the times stacey the case has been dropped against kathleen as well. and though i am well aware of the diference between a not guilty verdict and an aquittal, i should think that in a pub near hickstead when there is jumping on ther would have been a witness or two and if they couldnt find one (the burden of proof being on them) then Band K are innocent because we have to prove guilt in england. perhaps tammy would have been more accure saying justice prevails but i dont thhink it matters much if they had done it and there were witnesses/evidence we wouldnt be having this conversation.
 
Ben and Kathleen were found not guilty due to, and I quote, 'fundemental inconsistencies' ie (and this is for you Stacey,) the so called 'victim' and her witnesses, once cross examined couldn't keep up with their own lies!!
If you should wish to get a closer insight to the case and these witnesses, the Herts and Observer have a great piece written as will the Sunday Mail!!
So once again congratulations Ben and Kathleen, lets hope you can now enjoy your life together, without such obvious jealous 'girls' trying to ruin it!

Yes congratulations to you both x I am new to this site and cannot believe some of the gossip that goes on! When did people on here become judge and jury!!! I know everyone is entitled to their opinion but it is unreal!
