Conjunctivitis!!!

My poor puppy has conjunctivitis - I think!!

He has a yellow/green gunky slime in his eye - which is worse after he's slept...

I believe it to be conjunctivitis.. am off to the vets at 5.30pm tonight.

Wish us luck and pray that it's not too expensive!!! LOL!!

I was wondering if the cause was him playing in the straw at the yard?!

Finny - has an abrasion on his cornea

... which has got infected hence the gunk appearing yesterday - got eye drops so will be using them, eye will be fine, vet thinks could have been scratched by other dogs tooth/claw/or a bit of straw/hay etc

You can just tell that he is going to be one of those puppies that if he can get into trouble, he will! I hope you have got your insurance in place. Poor Finn, that must have hurt like hell but he didn't seem to notice. What a little trooper!
