Connemara & Wintec Saddle

Does anyone have a Wintec Isabell dressage saddle on their connie? Or other saddle suggestions for them? Thank you

I have got wintec dressage saddles on 2 of mine and they fit well, although the GP definitely wouldn't fit them

I ride in a Thorowgood T8 dressage saddle with an XXW gullet.

I have a Kent and Masters Dressage on my Connie, he has an Ideal Event saddle too. I found Bates (or Wintec) had a too curved tree for Connies as all one ones we have had have been very flat backed.

I have a Wintec Isabel on my Connie and love it. I have long legs but a short body so the moveable blocks are good for me. Edited to add not all the trees are the same, I can't get a Bates to fit him at all!

I have a Bates Caprilli GP for my connie. It fits beautifully and I love the movable knee blocks.

I know a lady who breeds connies and she swears by Calcutts saddles to fit them.

My mum has an overgrown connie. He was in a Kent & Masters cob until she got weight off him and his physical issues addresse. He's now fitted with a new Wintec Isabel dressage saddle with the "Easy Change Fit Solution" and the shims make fitting his lessening issues really help.
