Connie x TB, how big is yours?

I've got 2, one that is 15'2 and my 2 year old was supposed to make 15'2 but is currently 16'1 at the bum!

Just wondering if anyone else has a biggy too? Most that I've seen for sale have been around the 15'2 mark!

He's defo not going anything else in him, as I bought him from the breeder and met him 14'2 dad and 15'3 mum and he was only 14'2 himself back in Feb this year! also tried his rugs on him the other day and he's out grown them a lot as well, and its only been 3 months since he last had them on :s

Oh cool, I really want to do x country and hunting on him, so hopefully he will be good at it too :) I think he will, he has no fear and can already jump over gates to get out of the field shelter
 
He is an absolute stunner and has fab paces too. He's bold (without being naughty), confident and beautiful. I'll try and put up some photos tomorrow. Good luck with your fella.
 
Oh cool that would be great as I only know one other than my two and she's very fine and looks more like a tb! Where as my mare is more like an over sized pony! She'd have been awesome at hunting and x county, if she was the only horse there! She has power, and so much go in her! Even now at 27 she still drags me around at full speed! But something in her past has made her a nightmare out with other horses! Jogs and winds herself up, bolts off and bites her own tongue through the stress of it all, so we have a nice quite hacking alone life now :) which she lovessss
 
I just bought mine! She is technically a connie x ID/TB but she looks like she has inherited most of the TB. Have only had her 3 days. She is 3 years old and currently 15hh in front and 15.1hh behind. But she is very leggy and looks more like a 1-2 year old so she is going to be very late maturing! I expect her to make 15.3- 16hh.

I love her colour! my friend bought an id/tb x connie at 4 he was 15'2 but now hes been fed up hes made 16hh! has your girl been backed yet? or are you waiting for her to get to 4 and fill out a bit more? I was looking at youngesters the other day and couldnt believe the never of 2/3yr olds that were backed and up for sale! craziness!
 
oh bb he looks lovely, has a very similar looking face to my mare! bit of a naughty glint in the eye ;) but she's the same, looks like a big pony! before I got her she was very skinny and looked more like a little horse but with me she's a right porker! but she is only 15'2 with high withers, so she is really only a big pony hehe!
 
I've got a ginger Connie x TB, but she's only 15hh. But between 4 and 5 she almost doubled in width! She really has broadened through her chest, and right now she seems bum high again (will be 6 next week!) so I expect she will finish around 15.1hh. So a smaller version, but definately looking more Connie than when she arrived last year. This is her from last month after our dressage attempt!

My sisters is 16h at the wither, but about 15h in his back, he is 21 now though :D

He's got questionable confo, but is still a fab horse, has competed past newcomers sj, and done up to on eventing and just a very useful horse, aside from him barginess the little blighter!
 
Mine is 14.2, but takes after the connie side a lot. Even though dam was overheight, she is obviously a throwback to dams line. So its logical it can work the other way too.

Blimey she is looking very bum high in that pic! saying that my friends mare was 6 in april and has suddenly just shot up from 15'2 to 16hh, and it seemed like it was just over night!
