Connor update..

BB's asked so thought id do a post to let you all know!

Connor is still at the vets we are waiting to hear whether he can come home tomorrow, he has to stay up there at the mo as he is on an iv for antibiotics to insure he doesnt get an infection.
Apparently he is on quite a few acp's as is quite stressed up there on his own (he is quite a stressy horse sometimes being in!) They have stitched the cut so its just a waiting game now to see if the skin takes and if any more shards or bone work there way out. Hopefully they wont and the cut will heal and he can come home tomorrow bless him, I really hope so

Followed your posts the other day - hope he gets to come home soon ! Its just so horrid when they have to stay at the vets isn't it! Fingers crossed he is making a speedy recovery from his nasty injury ! Sending lots of hugs his way xx

Just heard from the vets again and the cut has started to get a bit goey so they have opened it up again and more bone has come out, vet said not to worry though, they are going to take the drip out tomorrow but would rather have him there over the weekend to keep an eye on him and what with us out all day competing Sunday we wouldnt be able to check on him.

So will be picking him up Monday
