Constructive Cricitism/Bitching - what is the difference

Wouldn't it be nice if everyone here treated everyone else with respect and tried to understand what they were saying instead of jumping down their throats? Too many people seem to have their own agendas and don't actually read what people have written or (whispers) maybe deliberately take things the wrong way even when the original poster has explained again exactly what they meant and it is actually crystal clear? It is possible to be nice to everyone and not single out people for being new, novices, daring to admit they have made a mistake etc.

Well I've heard she swears all the time - the profanities that roll off her tongue are truly shocking!
