Never thought I'd be saying that after the journey in trying to trace my old NFx pony.

I sold her in 2014 - she was 4.
within 2 months she was at a dealers yard, I saw her ad online, and tried to get her back. Turns out the dealer was paid by the person I sold her to, not to be in any contact with me. She was now riddled with sweet itch, and had lost her spark.
I tracked her down 6 months later, (sheer miracle on FB!) lovely family. They just pottered about, and the mother had taken her out with the local hunt. I visited, and she looked much better, but was quite cheeky as wanted more than just pottering about on the lead rein.
This family contacted me earlier this year saying they had sold her, but refused to tell me where.
Tonight, a lady contacted me, saying they had her. My details are in her passport - amazing in it's own right considering her being passed around. She was bought from another dealer, she was just in the field. They had gone to see another horse, and saw her, and said they couldn't leave her! Bless. She had sharp teeth that hadn't been seen in years, had lost her trust and loving nature somewhat, and sadly has a habit of kicking out at dogs - she was far too sweet to even think that when we had her - so she has gone through some rough times it seems.
Now, they've sorted her teeth, gaining her trust, working on the dog issue, and sent me photos. She looks a million dollars, flying some pretty meaty looking XC fences - ones in which I used to jump competing on my horses years ago! Far far exceeding my expectations. I'm honoured, amazed, and beyond emotional at this! They adore her, and I hope, and pray this is where she will flourish and become the best NF x pony a pony can be!
Wonderful, caring and knowledgeable owners are out there.
If you are the owner and have read this, you'll recognize yourself - thank you again!
