just had to share with others - am so pleased with how she has slimmed down
September 2009 - horrible/shaming & shocking picture - she weighed in at 690 kgs

big re-think on feed/work/general management

and on 1st Oct 2010 - she looked like this

all i need to do now is to be as brutal with myself
