continued from lump on horses nose and scabby with pictures

Ok, as last thread. Horse has a large lump across nose and scabby at the back where the noseband would go. She has been very headshy since I got her so has only just let me touch and examine her face enough to see this.

Are they from too tight nosebands and will they go?

They definitely look like rubs from a headcollar, even if it fits fairly well if they are turned out in one it can constantly rub while they are eating and end up like this.
